Mavi Tennis Club Multi-Story Building and Facade Applications

Scope of Work: Construction of a 3-story building with steel structure, sandwich panel roofing and façade cladding, aluminum curtain wall façade, aluminum joinery systems, aluminum railing systems, brick wall and plaster works, drywall and cement board, composite cladding applications.

The Mavi Tennis Club complex features a three-story building constructed with a steel structure, ensuring lightness and seismic resistance. Sandwich panel systems used in roofing and façade cladding provide thermal and acoustic insulation, while aluminum curtain wall applications contribute to a modern architectural line. Aluminum joinery systems were chosen for doors and windows; aluminum railing systems provided safe and aesthetic transitions on balconies and stairs. Interior structural elements such as brick walls and plaster works, drywall and cement board claddings, floor screed applications, and composite flooring systems enhanced durability and comfort within the interior spaces.
