Located in Taksim, the Ottopera Hotel project features motorized skylight systems positioned on the roof, maximizing natural light in interior spaces while enhancing comfort with integrated ventilation features. Motorized curtain systems offer functional solutions in hotel rooms for light control, privacy, and energy efficiency. Additionally, the use of aluminum joinery systems in the structure provides high thermal and acoustic insulation, supporting interior comfort. The composite panel exterior cladding selected for the facade creates a low-maintenance and long-lasting outer shell, enhancing the hotel's silhouette.
