Boğaziçi University Structural Systems and Facade Applications

In this project carried out within Boğaziçi University, functional and durable structural systems compatible with the architectural fabric of the campus buildings were implemented. The structural infrastructure was reinforced with steel construction systems specially developed for different usage areas, providing wide spans and structural strength.

Aluminum joinery systems supported the integrity of interior and exterior spaces with high insulation performance and modern lines, while sliding glass systems were applied as a comfort-enhancing solution offering openness and flexibility in student and staff areas.

Composite panel claddings preferred on the exterior facade modernized the building's aesthetic appearance while minimizing maintenance requirements. Additionally, roof claddings applied with the aim of protecting the structure and achieving energy efficiency provided insulation and durability together.
